Pilates - 1100 - 1200
Pilates has been around for 80 years and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The course consists of seven 1 hours sessions. Limited spaces availalbe - To book contact Lisa: 07889318630
Yoga - 1145 - 1315
This is Hatha style yoga class and is suitable for all ages and abilities.  The classes include a short relaxation and warm up, traditional yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques, meditation and a long relaxation to finish.

This is an non-impact exercise which is mat-based.  It targets deep abdominal muscles and strengthens the lower back and corrects posture.  The class is suitable for all age groups and abilities.
